29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) Saenz Roofing, Inc, at 60885 Salt Creek Road, Collbran, CO 81624: On and before September 22, 2016, the exposing employer did not ensure that each employee working on a steep roof was protected from falling. Employees were shingling a roof with a 20/12 slope without the use of 100% fall protection. An employee fell while moving between anchorage points. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 25 feet.
