29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered. Location - Foundry Area: On or about June 10 , 2015, and employee was working with molten aluminum and heated molds. This employee was not properly protected from the hazard of heat on the legs and feet.
