29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s):    (a) The Peerless Horizontal Band Saw's non used portion of the saw blade was not guarded. Employees were able to access the point of operation created by the exposed portion of saw blade, exposing employees to amputation hazards.      Avalon Precision Casting Company, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1011062, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/20/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 15583 Brook Park Road, Brook Park, OH 44142.
