29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) On or about May 1, 2015 and at times prior, employees were exposed to 9 feet fall hazards while working on the roof of a residential building with no fall protection in place. The employees were not protected with fall protection systems. Sanchez Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 948329, citation number 1, item number 1 nd was affirmed as a final order on January 6, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 5558 Cross Creek Dr. Colorado Springs, CO 80924.
