29 CFR 1910.106(d)(2)(i): Approved containers and/or portable tanks were not used for the storage of flammable liquids: (a) Bradshaw Ranger District, maintenance garage-flammable storage cabinet: On or about May 5, 2015 and at times prior thereto, gasoline was stored in a dolmar-style container. This two-compartment fuel/oil propylene container, which complies with standard specification ASTM F 852, is not approved under the Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL) program since ASTM F 852 is not a recognized test standard under the NRTL program. In addition, the storage area was not provided with a fire detection system capable of detecting incipient stage fires.
