29 CFR 1910.106(d)(2)(i): Approved containers and/or portable tanks were not used for the storage of flammable liquids: (a) Willow Administration Site, outside flammable storage cabinets: On or about May 6, 2015 and at times prior thereto, gasoline was stored in dolmar-style containers. These two-compartment fuel/oil propylene containers, which comply with standard specification ASTM F 852, are not approved under the Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL) program since ASTM F 852 is not a recognized test standard under the NRTL program. In addition, the storage area was not provided with a fire detection system capable of detecting incipient stage fires.
