Main St. Oshkosh, WI: On and before 4/30/15, employees operating spring forming machines were exposed to amputation hazards at the point of operation between the parts and the dies.

29 CFR 1910.212(a)(2): Machine guard(s) on machine(s) were so installed that they offered accident hazards in themselves: Oshkosh Coil Spring facility at 3575 N. Main St. Oshkosh, WI: On and before 5/14/15, the Diacro bending machine had a guard on the top of the die that created a pinch point during the operating cycle which exposed employees to amputation hazards.
