Safety of equipment shall be determined using the following considerations: 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1)(iv): Electrical insulation; a) At the workplace, in the area of the warehouse where the standup pallet jacks charging area was located, the employer did not ensure that the extension cord that was plugged in and used as a power source, was not damaged, thereby exposing employees to a potential shock hazard.
