OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to amputation hazards: (a) On or about 05/05/2015 - at the Classic Warehouse, emergency stop controls were not readily accessible to the employee or located within 3 feet of the point of operation or the material feed area to allow employees to stop the ram when they are caught-between the ejector chain and the baler frame.
