29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) 1600 Rockland Road, Wilmington, DE - On or about and prior to 6/2/15, the employer failed to develop and document procedures to be utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy. The energy control book did not contain required documentation for multiple HVAC systems as well as other equipment within the hospital campus. Note: Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, the employer must submit abatement certification, required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
