29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest system. a) 88 Roosevelt Ave., Carteret, NJ 07008: Employees performing framing activities on the roof of the residence under construction, were not using fall protection, (guardrails, positioning systems, PFAS, etc.) and were thus exposed to fall hazards of approximately 30 feet. Conditions observed on or about 5/29/2015. The E. M. Framing Enterprises LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 985050, citation number_1_, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on (09/02/2014), with respect to a workplace located at Park St., Town Square, Robbinsville, NJ.
