29 CFR 1926.95(a): Protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers, were not provided:  a- 2300 Gianna Drive, Glassboro NJ: A company employee was exposed to struck by hazards, to their eyes/face, when cutting plywood with an electric circular saw without the use of any eye/face protection.  Condition noted on or about 09/12/15.  b -2300 Gianna Drive, Glassboro NJ: A company employee was exposed to struck by hazards, to their eyes/face, when using a pneumatic nailer without the use of any eye/face protection.  Condition noted on or about 09/12/15.   NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a- 2300 Gianna Drive, Glassboro NJ: Three company employees (without any fall protection) were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 29 feet to the ground surface below, when performing roof sheathing installation and other related activities from a roof with a pitch of approximately 7 on 12. Condition noted on or about 09/12/15.  E. M. Framing Enterprises, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 985050, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/26/14, with respect to a workplace located at Park Street, Town Square, Robbinsville NJ.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  a- 2300 Gianna Drive, Glassboro NJ: Three company employees (without any fall protection) were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 29 feet to the ground surface below, when performing roof sheathing installation and other related activities from a roof with a pitch of approximately 7 on 12. These employees had not received fall protection training from a competent person.  Condition noted on or about 09/12/15.  E. M. Framing Enterprises, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 985050, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on 08/26/14, with respect to a workplace located at Park Street, Town Square, Robbinsville NJ.
