Employees were climbing the front of the truck using the bumper, the side of the truck, and the built in ladder did function properly due to paint build up.

WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD, 29 CFR 1926.451(G)(1)(VII), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 313785396, CITATION NUMBER 02, ITEM NUMBER 002, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JULY 2, 2012, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED ON THE I75 DISALLE BRIDGE, TOLEDO, OHIO 43609.
