29 CFR 1910.1001(j)(2)(i): Building and facility owners shall determine the presence, location, and quantity of ACM and/or PACM at the work site. Employers and building and facility owners shall exercise due diligence in complying with these requirements to inform employers and employees about the presence and location of ACM and PACM. (a) Genesis HealthCare dba Golden Peaks Center, 1005 E Elizabeth St., Ft. Collins, CO 80524: On and before June 9, 2015, the employer did not demonstrate due diligence in regards to informing employees of the presence and location of asbestos in the facility. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
