29 CFR 1910.141(a)(4)(i): Receptacle(s) used for putrescible solid or liquid waste or refuse were not equipped with tight fitting cover(s) necessary to maintain sanitary conditions:  (a)  Old Bunkhouse, Kitchen:  On or about June 9, 2015 and at times prior thereto, the garbage receptacle did not have a tight-fitting cover.  This exposed employees to unsanitary conditions in a food preparation area.  (b)  New Bunkhouse, Kitchen:  On or about June 9, 2015 and at times prior thereto, the garbage receptacle did not have a tight-fitting cover.  This exposed employees to unsanitary conditions in a food preparation area.  (c)  New Bunkhouse, Pantry:  On or about June 9, 2015 and at times prior thereto, items identified for recycling were stored in receptacles that did not have a tight-fitting covers.  This exposed employees to unsanitary conditions in a food storage area.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The employer did not compile a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet:  Wildlife Cache:  On or about June 9 2015 and at times prior thereto, the chemical inventory did not include all chemicals at the worksite including, West System 105 Epoxy Resin, Napa Engine Fogging Spray, and Birchwood Casey Gun Scrubber.  This condition limited employee information on the hazardous chemicals in their work areas and to properly address the hazards associated with their use.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, would provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical:  Fish Cache:  On or about June 9, 2015 and at times prior thereto, an unlabeled 500 ml container with unknown contents was found in the flammable storage cabinet. This condition limited employee information on the contents of the container and the proper safety and health controls necessary when using the product.

This condition limited employee information on the proper use and protective measures needed when using the chemical. 29 CFR 1960.8(a):  The Agency head did not furnish employment and a place of employment to each employee that were free from recognized hazards that caused or were likely to cause death or serious physical harm:  Old Flammable Storage Building:  On or about June 9, 2015 and at times prior thereto, where flammable materials were stored, containment sills were not installed at the egress points.  This condition exposed employees to fire and smoke inhalation hazards in the event stored flammable materials spilled.
