29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level: a) 2929 State Route 22, Fredericksburg, PA; Employees were not provided with fall protection while using a steel tubular scaffold platform that was between 17 feet and 11 feet above the ground as a pathway into a concrete tank, on or about 06/16/2015. No abatement certification or documentation required.
