29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes were not kept free and unobstructed.  Materials or equipment were placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route:    Coca-Cola Refreshments USA, Inc./Monmouth Junction, NJ Site - Warehouse: Exit routes were not continuously maintained free of obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the case of fire or other emergency. The emergency exit routes were obstructed in several locations of the warehouse, preventing prompt access to the emergency exit door in case of an emergency:  1) Access to the Emergency Exit door (Deans Rhode Hall Road side by the electrical panel) was obstructed on both sides by items such as but not limited to: forklift, cart, pallets, lift and electrical wire reels.   2) Access to the Emergency Exit door (located by the roll up door #22 in the reclaim area) was obstructed by items such as but not limited to stack of pallets and soda stored on pallets.   3) Access to the Emergency Exit door (located by the bay door #24) was obstructed by pallet jack.  4) Access to the Emergency Exit door (located in the reserve section of the warehouse) was obstructed by pallets with soda.    Condition observed on or about June 16, 2015.    The Coca-Cola Refreshments USA, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315140764, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on December 2, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 9 B Street, Needham, MA 02494.

29 CFR 1910.37(b)(4): Signs were not posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge when the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent:    Coca-Cola Refreshments USA, Inc./Monmouth Junction, NJ Site - Warehouse: Employees working in the warehouse area were exposed to hazards associated with but not limited to fire hazards as the line-of-sight to an exit door and an exit sign was not clearly visible and the employer failed to post the directional exit signs to direct employees to the nearest emergency exit door.      Condition observed on or about June 16, 2015.    The Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(b)(4) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1020656, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 3, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 9000 Marshall Dr. , Lenexa, KS 66215.    The Coca-Cola Refreshments USA, Inc. dba Loredo Coca-Cola Bottling Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(b)(4) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 816061, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 23, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 1402 Industrial Blvd. Loredo, TX 78041.

The Coca-Cola Refreshments USA, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 918084, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 7, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 403 W.
