The emergency exit routes were obstructed in several locations of the warehouse, preventing prompt access to the emergency exit door in case of an emergency:  1) Access to the Emergency Exit door (Deans Rhode Hall Road side by the electrical panel) was obstructed on both sides by items such as but not limited to: forklift, cart, pallets, lift and electrical wire reels.   2) Access to the Emergency Exit door (located by the roll up door #22 in the reclaim area) was obstructed by items such as but not limited to stack of pallets and soda stored on pallets.   3) Access to the Emergency Exit door (located by the bay door #24) was obstructed by pallet jack.  4) Access to the Emergency Exit door (located in the reserve section of the warehouse) was obstructed by pallets with soda.    Condition observed on or about June 16, 2015.    The Coca-Cola Refreshments USA, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315140764, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on December 2, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 9 B Street, Needham, MA 02494.

The Coca-Cola Refreshments USA, Inc. dba Loredo Coca-Cola Bottling Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(b)(4) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 816061, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 23, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 1402 Industrial Blvd. Loredo, TX 78041.
