29 CFR 1910.254(d)(9)(iii): Cables with damaged insulation or exposed bare conductors were not replace: (a) Welding Area: An employee uses a Lincoln Electric model DC-400 welder to conduct arc welding on fabricated materials. The live and ground cables were damaged exposing bare wiring, as observed on or about 06/19/2015. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
