(a) Alum-A-Pole Pump jack scaffold platform on front side, new residential construction located at Lots # 257 & 262, 2132 Shale Ln NW, Atlanta, GA 30318. Employees were exposed to eye injuries while operating a Hitachi (Model NV 65AH) Pneumatic Nail Gun without safety glasses. The employees were exposed to fasteners and flying debris while operating these pneumatic tools at 120 PSI without eye protection.    Jose M. Hernandez Cruz dba JA Siding Construction Services, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 960914, citation number 1 , item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/24/2014, with respect to a workplace located at Lot # 2, 2130 Westwood Road SE, Smyrna, GA 30080.
