29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6: Production Area On or about 7/7/15, a compressed gas cylinder of nitrogen was unprotected and unsecured from being knocked over, near the door that enters the production area from the office area.

29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: Tumbler Area of Production Area On or about 7/7/15, corrosive chemicals were used in the tumblers to clean parts without an eyewash or appropriate quick drenching facilities available in the area for immediate use. The chemicals used include Mirage EZ-451, which contains alkali metal hydroxide with a pH greater than thirteen.
