29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): Within twenty-four (24) hours after the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees amputation or an employee's loss of an eye, as a result of a work-related incident, the employer did not report the in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye to OSHA. a) 38th and Addams in Garden City, Idaho: On or about June 30, 2015 or prior thereto, employer did not report to OSHA a work-related in-patient hospitalization of a Fajita Packaging worker within 24 hours of the hospitalization. The injury causing the hospitalization was a fractured lower leg. This item was abated during the inspection.
