29 CFR 1926.600(a)(6)(i): 29 CFR 1926.600(a)(6)(i): For lines rated 50kV or below, a minimum of 10 feet was not maintained between the energized line and the equipment. a) On or about June 14, 2017 and at times prior thereto a Kobelco SK 330lc excavator was used within 10 feet of a 7200v power line, causing the power line to arc into the excavator arm. NOTE-Abatement documentation and certification are required for this item.
