The internal wiring was fully exposed to dust and liquids.    b/  Inside of Building #2, the cover belonging to a live, junction box was missing.  This junction box was located just above the floor of the rear aisleway of the Draw Bench Line.    c/  Inside of Building #2, the latches belonging to a cover to a live, 480 volt fuse distribution panel box were ineffective in keeping it closed.  The upper latch was severely damaged leaving an opening approximately four inches wide.  The lower latch was held in place by a piece of wire.    d/  Inside of Building #2, the cover belonging to a live, junction box attached to the Draw Bench Line was missing.
