Location: 4 Weetamo Way, Westford, MA This violation was most recently observed on 7/15/2015 at a jobsite located at 4 Weetamo Way, Westford, MA 01886 when installing roofing shingles with pneumatic nail guns, the employees were exposed to eye impalement and laceration hazards where eye protection was not utilized. To abate this violation, the employer must ensure that safety glasses are utilized to protect employees from eye impalement and laceration hazards while utilizing pneumatic nail guns.
