29 CFR 1960.8(a): The Agency head did not furnish employment and a place of employment to each employee that were free from recognized hazards that caused or were likely to cause death or serious physical harm: (a) Flammable Storage Building: On or about July 16, 2015 and at times prior thereto, the exterior of the building was not labeled to indicate the hazards of the stored contents. This condition exposed employees to fire and smoke-inhalation hazards. (b) Flammable Storage Building: On or about July 16 2015 and at times prior thereto, curbing was not provided at the entrance to contain spills within the building. This condition exposed employees to fire and smoke-inhalation hazards.
