This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of 15 feet.

29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition: (a) Supervisor's Office, Wood Shop: On or about July 14, 2015 and at times prior thereto, sawdust was allowed to accumulate. This condition exposed employees to slip hazards. (b) Nursery, Recreation Shop: On or about July 14, 2015 and at times prior thereto, tools and work materials were allowed to accumulate. This condition exposed employees to trip hazards. (c) 402 C: On or about July 14, 2015 and at times prior thereto, work materials and trash were allowed to accumulate. This condition exposed employees to trip hazards.
