29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(22): Employees  using ladders were carrying objects or loads that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall:  a) Exterior of Building - Left Side: Employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 17 feet as he carried a full sheet of plywood up an aluminum extension ladder while engaged in framing activities , on or about 7/11/15.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.  a) Exterior of Building - Ladders Left Corner: Employees without any eye protection were exposed to eye injury while engaged in framing activities using a pneumatic nail gun, on or about 7/11/15.     Express Construction Carpentry was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 952855, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/7/14, with respect to a workplace located at  396 W. Hudson Ave., Englewood NJ.

Express Construction Carpentry was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 952855, citation number 01, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/7/14, with respect to a workplace located at  396 W.
