29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): 29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:  On or about 07/30/2021, the employer did not ensure that eye protective equipment was used when employees were exposed to eye injury while using pneumatic nail guns.   a-5 Adams Court, Mahwah NJ 07430 :  An employee engaged in sheathing activities using a Metabo pneumatic nail gun was exposed to eye loss /eye injuries due to struck by hazards as a means of fall hazards of eye protection had not been utilized. Condition observed on or about 07/30/2021
