The employee was not using any type of fall protection.

Site: 62 West 62nd Street New York, NY On or about 7/28/15 a) The Bosch grinder used by the employee was missing the blade guard. The grinder was being use to grind the cement edges of the building façade. Jerrick Associates, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.300(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 242494, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 2/22/12, with respect to a workplace located at 170 Crosby Street New York, NY.
