29 CFR 1910.68(b)(8)(i): The entrances and exits at all floor landings affording access to the manlift were not guarded by a maze (staggered railing) or a handrail equipped with self-closing gates: 1) On July 30, 2015, and at prior times, the guardrails at entrances for the manlift in building 2 did not have self-closing gates and were not installed so as to prevent direct passage from the landing to the outer floor space.
