29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system:    a)  At Hilton Garden Inn Montgomery, Alabama:  On or about July 28, 2015 and at times prior; the exposing employer allowed an employee to walk the top plate of a parapet wall atop a four story building without fall protection exposing the employee to a fall hazard of 50 feet to the ground below.    b)  At Hilton Garden Inn Montgomery, Alabama:  On or about July 28, 2015 and at times prior; the exposing employer failed to ensure employees working immediately next to a two foot tall parapet wall had fall protection exposing the employees to a fall hazard of 45 feet to the ground below.
