29 CFR 1910.177(d)(4)(ii): The employer did not furnish an air line assembly which included an in-line valve with a pressure gage or a pre-settable regulator for inflating tires on rim wheels: The employer is failing to protect employees from struck by hazards. Employees are changing multi-piece and single piece rim wheels in the field with no in-line pressure gage to preclude the over-pressurization of tires and inner tubes potentially striking the employees in the event of a tire exploding while servicing.
