29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system or personal fall arrest systems: At the location of 16601 King Drive, in Overland Park KS, an employee engaged in framing a new single family dwelling was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet from top of the wall to the ground below. The employee was exposed in that a fall protection system was not in place to keep the employee from falling.
