29 CFR  1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or electrical shock and burns:  At the jobsite located at Lot II Southern Lakes, Overland Park, KS 66221 employee engaged in ground hand activities working below employee engaged in roofing activities were exposed to struck-by hazards in that head protection was not provided.

29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:  At a jobsite located at Lot II Southern Lakes, Overland Park, KS 66221, an employee was exposed to struck-by injuries. The employee was installing roof decking with a pneumatic nail gun without the use of eye and face protection.  Falke Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1258995 , citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on February 16, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 4252 NE Tremont Ct, Lee's Summit, MO 64064.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: (a)  At the residential construction site located at Lot II Southern Lakes, Overland Park, KS 66221 employee was exposed to fall hazards. Employee was performing framing operations at an elevated height 17.4 feet without any fall protection.   Falke Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.503(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1258995, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 16, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 4252 NE Tremont Ct, Lee's Summit, MO 64064.  Falke Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.503(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1082287, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 25, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 16601 King Dr., Overland Park, KS 66062.
