(2) Attorney Break Room: On or about August 7, 2015 and times prior, employees are exposed to electric shock/fire by using a refrigerator, coffee pot and microwave attached to a relocatable power tap (3) Office 17: On or about August 7, 2015 and times prior, employees are exposed to electric shock/fire by using a coffee pot attached to flexible cord. (4) Security: On or about August 7, 2015 and times prior, employees are exposed to electric shock/fire by using a flexible cord attached to a relocatable power tap. (5) Security: On or about August 7, 2015 and times prior, employees are exposed to electric shock/fire by using a refrigerator attached to a relocatable power tap.
