29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:    (a) Roof (Building H), new apartment construction located at 4600 Roswell Road, Sandy Springs, GA 30342: Employees were exposed to falls of approximately 44-feet, 6-inches while engaged in residential roofing activities on a 6/12 pitched roof without a fall protection system in place. Employees working on the roof were not attached to an anchor point or life-line while performing work on a steep pitched roof.    Benjamin Arta Sparano was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 978515, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/10/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2679 Hughes Street, Smyrna, GA 30080.
