29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): The employer used forklifts to support scaffold platforms without ensuring that the entire platform was attached to the fork and that the forklift was not moved horizontally while the platform was occupied: On or about August 14, 2015; on the west side of the jobsite, the employer allowed employee(s) to utilize a Terex forklift with a pallet/platform that was not attached to the forks of the forklift. The employees were standing on the pallet/platform installing Permapro wrap to the outside of the apartment building.
