The employer fails to assure effective protection against falls as required by the standard, as demonstrated on August 17, 2015, when employees were installing framing from the floor decking of a two-story residential building at 130 Sandy Beach Lane, Atlantic Beach, Florida 32233 without fall protections and were exposed to fall hazards of 9 feet 5 inches above the concrete foundation and surrounding ground.      Malagon Framing, LLC previously committed a Serious violation of this standard on October 1, 2014, when employees were installing framing from the top of a structure at 724 W. Kings College Drive, Saint Johns, Florida 32259, which became a Final Order on April 3, 2015. (Inspection No. 997772)
