Central Ave., Toledo, Ohio: On or about August 18, 2015, the employer did not ensure employees were wearing proper eye protection while operating  pneumatic nail guns to secure weatherproofing. The employees were exposed to potential flying object hazards while operating the pneumatic fasteners.
