Kold-Draft International, LLC - On or about August 20, 2015, and at times prior thereto, employees worked with and around hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to, Toluene, Xylene, Methyl Ethyl Ketone, and carbon monoxide. The company did not ensure employees were provided with effective information and training on hazards of the chemicals in the work area.
