29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. a) Galion, LLC., Galion OH: On or about August 28, 2015 the employer failed to ensure that employees working in the waste water treatment area of the plant with corrosive chemicals, such as but not limited to, sulfuric acid, caustic soda were provided with an eye wash station.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the appropriate hazard warnings: a) Galion, LLC., Galion OH: On or about August 28, 2015 the employer failed to ensure that the reaction tanks inside the waste water treatment area were properly labeled. The reaction tank contained waste products from other parts of the facility and was being feed hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to: sulfuric acid, caustic soda exposing employees to a chemical hazard.
