Inside of the Main Building, specifically the Drilling Department, the rotating parts belonging to the following machines were either inadequately guarded or not at all:    a/  Lagun Drilling Machine, m/n 717, s/n 34713.    b/  Lagun Drilling Machine, m/n VBB1000, s/n 60118.    c/  Lagun Drilling Machine, m/n VBM 1270, s/n 80125.    Aurora Industries Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 903176, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/26/13, with respect to a workplace located at 19 Industrial Drive, Pacific, MO 63069.
