29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): If at any time a powered industrial truck is found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe, the truck shall be taken out of service until it has been restored to safe operating condition: On 05/03/2016, employees working at Aurora Technologies, Inc. located at 19 Industrial Drive, Pacific, MO 63069, were exposed to forklifts in need of repair. The locator/index pin was missing on the Caterpillar forklift (Model: 2P6000, S/N: AT13F31587) and on the Kalmar AC forklift (Model: C-50BX-PS, S/N: 580588A). These forklifts were being operated and not taken out of service.
