29 CFR 1926.502(d): The employer used body belts as part of a personal fall arrest system: a) Eastern Meadows Church of Christ; On or about July 15, 2015 and at times prior thereto, the employer permitted employees to wear body belts instead of a full body harness when working at heights of up to 45 feet when engaged in roofing activities.
