Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system: (a) On or about 10/22/2019 - 615 Battles Street, Talladega, AL, employees installing roofing materials at 22 feet above the ground were exposed to fall hazards. (b) On or about 10/22/2019 - 615 Battles Street, Talladega, AL, employees installing roofing materials at 14 feet above the ground were exposed to fall hazards.
