Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.

29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation: a) Kitchen area, on or about 9/1/15: Employees maintaining kitchen equipment were not trained on the information to be contained in energy control procedures for equipment with multiple energy sources including, but not limited to, Vulcan 8 top range with electrical energy, natural gas and residual thermal energy; Garland Sunfire convection oven with electrical energy, natural gas, and residual thermal energy; and Steamcraft steamer with electrical energy, natural gas and residual heat energy. Training was not performed on using lockout devices nor on the magnitude of energy for each piece of equipment. Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.
