29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by ingoing nip point, rotating parts and/or flying chips or sparks: a. 1512 Old Covington Highway, Conyers, GA (Line #2) - Employees were exposed to struck-by and caught-between hazard. The door to Line #2 which serves as a machine guarding to the housed internal moving parts such as, conveyors and chains were not properly guarding the moving parts. The door was broken and partially opened, where employees in the area can access the moving parts inside the machine, exposing employees to moving part hazards, on or about 09/01/15.
