The designated forklift operators are required to change out the liquid propane tank, when needed. The employees were not utilizing the proper hand protection when changing out the tank.  The employees were not provided chemical resistant gloves, such as Kevlar, when coming in contact with the connection points of the liquid propane tank, exposing employees to chemical freeze burn, on or about September 10, 2015.
