29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.   a) Rt 38 & Church Rd., Cherry Hill, NJ: On or about 9/14/15, two Mountain States Framing LLC employees were performing framing activities on a single story new construction commercial building.  The employees were working from and walking across the roof trusses.  The employees were not using any form of fall protection and were thus exposed to fall hazards of greater than 14 feet to the structures concrete floor.     The establishment, Mountain States Framing, LLC was previously cited for a repeat violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA Inspection number 392905, Citation number 02, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/07/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 2500 Airport Frwy, Bedford, TX 76022  The establishment, Mountain States Framing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA Inspection number 313413114, Citation number 01, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/27/1009, with respect to a workplace located at 4740 Bromley Ln., Brighton, CO 80601
