29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information specified under paragraphs (f)(6)(i) through (ii) of this section: (a) On or about 9/14/15- Pipe mill, a bulk tote containing ECOCOOL SYN 7360 (Blade Mist) was labeled with marker and did not identify the hazard. A manufacturer's/distributor label was also present that identified the tote as containing Anticorit 1028.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: (a) On or about 9/14/15 - Production area(s), employees had not been provided specific information on the new global hazard communication standard requirements. Training should include information on the new labeling requirements included in the standard such as the pictograms as well as the Safety Data Sheet Format.
